The first HOA Board meeting of 2018 will be held this Thursday, January 18.

This year you received a different coupon book mailer from CAM, our association management company. They have changed banks to BB&T and as a result the address to mail checks has changed.
There is also a $3.00 per quarter increase this year bringing the total up to $85.00 per quarter ($336 annually). The increase is to bring the budget in alignment with increasing maintenance expenses. You'll also find a copy of the budget in your coupon book.
With the new bank you can now have the money debited out of your checking account using an ACH debit. You'll find instructions on how to setup the automatic debit at CAM's website. The new bank is BB&T and to set it up you'll need your "Bill Pay Number", "Serial Account Number", and "Unit Number" from the coupon book that was mailed in December.
