Staying in compliance is easy...know the rules.
Like any homeowners association, there are rules in place in Grand Oaks to ensure the integrity of our community and our personal investment in our homes. Any buyer should have received a copy of those rules at the time they bought their home. Most structural, landscaping and cosmetic improvements or changes will be reviewed by the HOA Architectural Committee - a group of volunteer neighbors committed to keeping Grand Oaks consistent with the expectations outlined in our charter. If you have questions, you may want to start with the HOA Charter and Rules, or contact our management company directly.
Improvement RequestsIf you're making improvements, repainting, etc. it's important that you find out whether or not you'll need approval, and complete the request forms required
