Bank WebsiteThis is a direct link to the online payment method. You can setup ACH Deposit (direct from your checking account) or pay with credit card. Note that a processing fee will be charged.

CAM PortalThis is CAM's new software portal with Vantaca. You can access your account history, community documents, and make payments. This is CAM's main community source, so make sure your information is kept up to date and email communication is preferred.

CheckIf you prefer a good old fashioned check, or bill pay check from your bank, go ahead and send it in with your statement you received from CAM. You must include 7183-GOOA-your account number (GOOAxxxxx) (provided on coupons mailed) on the check or include the coupon your were mailed. If you need assistance, you can contact CAM.

Dues Schedule
The HOA dues are to be paid quarterly on the January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.

Late Fees
A late fee of $25 shall be incurred for each quarter that assessments are not paid within 15 days of each installment due date. The maximum in late fees for a single year is $100.
