Architectural Committee
This committee reviews and provides recommendations and approvals for any updates or modifications to your property in accordance with the CCRs. Landscape Committee This committee provides oversight and guidance on improvements and maintenance to common areas throughout the community. Social Committee This committee throws parties. For real. Help organize good times for the 'hood! Neighborhood Watch We need block captains to help coordinate a neighborhood watch program with the Austin Police Department. Trail Maintenance A couple times per year volunteers walk the trail inspecting for wear and damage, and writing up a list of trouble spots for the landscapers to repair. It would be great to organize a few trail walks each year to clear out and clean out beyond the requirements of our landscape contract. |
Newsletter/Blogging
If you have an interest in taking a leadership role in reviving the HOA Newsletter, taking leadership on our new blog, or getting more involved with any of our other social platforms, help with communication is always welcomed. Pipeline Wildflowers Find a good source of wildflower seed. Choose an appropriate mix and quantity to beautify some or all parts of the pipeline. Find the right season and technique to spread the seed. Purchase and sow. Website Content Management and Development Enhance and maintain our site, contribute photography, convert forms and documents...technical help is welcomed! Your Pet Project Do some research, write a good proposal, explain why your Pet Project will be an asset to the community. Bring it to the Board. Bring it to the annual meeting. |
